How to Invite Your Marketing and Design Colleagues?

AdsPolar provides a comprehensive team and user system, allowing media buy, design, and data analysis teams to collaborate seamlessly on the same platform. Admin and department managers can invite colleagues to join, assign different permissions, and share advertising templates, creatives, and other assets in real-time, significantly improving team collaboration efficiency.

Create Teams

✍️ Teams are used to separate data and assign roles. Only admin and sub-admins can create Teams.

1. Go to Management >Teams & Users.
2. Click the “+” button to create a Team.
3. Fill in the Team name and select the Team type (Media buy/Design/Analysis).

Create Users

✍️ Admin, sub-admins, and managers have the authority to create users.

1. In the corresponding team, click “+” to create a user.
2. In the popup, fill in the username, user role, email, and data permissions.
3. Click "OK" to create the account.
4. The account status will be “To be activated.” An activation email will be sent to the user's email address (from adspolar@mobvista.com).
5. The user will receive the email, click the activation link, and set their login password.

🔔Note:

• The activation email is valid for 24 hours. After this period, the activation link will expire. If needed, resend the activation email from the "Teams & Users" page.
• This email is the login email for AdsPolar, so make sure to use a valid email address.
• If the email is already registered with an AdsPolar account and hasn’t been deleted, it cannot be reused.

User Management

In the Management >Teams & Users page, managers can edit, disable, or delete sub-accounts.

• Edit: Managers can edit the user’s role, team, email, and data permissions.
• Disable: Disabled users will not be able to log in, and their associated ad accounts will be transferred to the admin.
• Delete: Before deleting a sub-account, it must first be disabled.

🔔Note:

• The number of sub-accounts that can be created depends on the subscription plan.
• Design, media buy, and data analysis roles cannot switch between departments. For example, an media buyer cannot switch to a designer or data analyst team, but can be upgraded to a sub-admin role.
• Sub-admins cannot switch to other user roles.
